The OCG wavelength service delivers optical, point-to-point, and metro transport, meeting your needs for moving data traffic amid major data aggregation points in a given geographic area, such as peering points and carrier hotels.

The OCG wavelength service can help you realize considerable cost savings by reducing both operational costs and the continuous investments needed to meet the demands of a growing network. OCG offers accommodating contracts with lease and indefeasible rights of use (IRU) options, and we take a helpful approach to service portability.

OCG provides surveillance monitoring and maintenance services for customers. OCG’s maintenance teams are on call 24 x7. Twice a year we conduct a total quality inspection, ensuring all splices continue to function at maximum capacity. Our standards of workmanship are unsurpassed. We have never had a failure.

As network usage increases, OCG’s team installs the equipment necessary to manage additional capacity. OCG staff also conducts equipment upgrades and network configuration necessary because of technological changes. To avoid or minimize service disruptions, emergency restoration teams are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to handle emergency repairs such as fiber cuts or equipment problems.
